To promote the development of the communities, through the optimization of the procedures and  strategic planning of the  public administration, with the qualification of its staff, by means of the use of software,  hardware and  training.

To foment the private initiative, multiplying the local enterprises;

To enable the specific communities, districts and/or segments to the credit and the investment, through studies that identify  the local indigenous potential and later, elaborating projects for captation  resources. For this, the Social Economic Profile of the Communities  will be elaborated and based on  these information, financial projects for diverse credit facilities will be presented.

Definition of the Objective of Impact

The main impact of the projects and activities developed by ORGADEM in the Brazilian communities  is the generation of the most possible number of direct and indirect beneficiaries and, through the qualification of the manpower,  the digital inclusion, the generation of jobs, the increase of the municipal collection and the improvement of the local quality of life, with the expansion of PEA (Economically Active Population) and significant reduction of the contingent of elements in the band of social risk.
